Dr. Eyal Diskin has represented private and publicly traded companies in a broad range of industries, providing advice on all aspects of corporate governance and securities law compliance.
Prior to Joining GKH in 2008, Eyal was an associate in the Business Law Department at Goodwin Procter in Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked on a wide variety of corporate matters, including venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of securities.
Eyal's dissertation at Harvard Law School explored theoretical and legal aspects of contract law.
