Yoav advises various entities in the field of commercial law, mainly with respect to corporate law and commercial transactions, including financing transactions, technology based transactions and various aspects relating to grants from the Office of the Chief Scientist within the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor.
Yoav also advises High-Tech companies, mainly in the filed of Life Science, in all stages.
Yoav joined GKH as an intern in 2008 and continued as an associate in 2009.
