Ran Madjar serves as a counsel for both publicly traded and private companies on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance and public and private offerings of equity securities. Ran joined GKH as a law clerk in 2006, and then as a lawyer in 2007. Ran left GKH in 2008 to pursue a master’s degree in law, at Columbia University School of Law, and returned to GKH in 2009.
While studying in New York, Ran served on the editorial board of the Columbia Journal of European Law, and as a judicial intern for a United States District Court judge.
