Tami Groswald specializes in the practice of Chinese Foreign Direct Investments. After a period in which Tami was positioned in China, responsible for establishing GKH China Desk's presence in Shanghai, Tami returned to Israel to head the Firm's China Desk. Tami is representing companies and investors interested in investing in, establishing and/or, maintaining operations in the Greater Chinese market, as well as Chinese companies and investors operating in the Israeli market.
Additionally, Tami's areas of practice are Israeli Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Tami first joined GKH an articled clerk, and became an associate in 2009.
