Jonathan Irom specializes in the representation of local and international venture capital funds in their investments in portfolio companies and in the representation of emerging growth and mature technology companies in all types of equity and debt financing transactions, licensing, OEM and other commercial transactions, ongoing corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jonathan joined GKH in 2007. Prior to joining GKH, Jonathan practiced for four years with other leading Tel Aviv law firms.
