Sharon Kadosh joined GKH in 2007 after completing his LLM at Fordham University Law School, New York in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law.
Sharon concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public and private offerings, M&A and venture capital financing.
Sharon represents technology and international clients across a range of industries, including software, internet and new media, telecommunications, biotechnology, medical devices, and cleantech. He counsels these clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, venture capital financing, as well as formation, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, intellectual property licensing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, labor and tax aspects, and other legal and business issues.
Sharon has also considerable experience in U.S. securities laws and advises Israeli companies on ongoing SEC and NASDAQ matters, including IPOs, tender offers, periodic reporting, resale of securities under SEC Rule 144, and other critical corporate and securities issues.
During his legal studies, Sharon was a research assistant to a Magistrates Court Judge, and was also a teaching assistant in Corporate Law at the College of Management. In addition, Sharon obtained certification to act as a mediator in dispute settlement matters.
