Daniel Gamulka has represented many Israeli and foreign companies in a wide variety of transactions, including venture capital, securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate counseling. Daniel represents foreign clients in their investments in Israeli companies, as well as Israeli companies conducting transactions with foreign companies. He regularly counsels companies whose securities are listed on Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
Daniel serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has lectured at many conferences in Israel and the United States, and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Law School and Haifa University Law School.
Daniel has been listed as one of Israel’s leading lawyers by “Chambers Global – the World's Leading Lawyers" (2008 Clients Guide), and the Legal 500 (2009). He is the author of the chapter on Israel in the "PLC Venture Capital Handbook, 2011".
Daniel joined GKH in 2001. From 1994 to 2001, he was an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Department at Arnold & Porter in New York.
