Lawrence Sternthal has more than ten years experience advising clients on complex real estate, finance, and joint venture transactions. Lawrence has represented Israeli public companies, pension funds, and insurance companies in cross-border real estate transactions in North America, Europe and Asia. Lawrence has also acted for American and European developers in acquiring and developing commercial real estate in Israel.
Lawrence joined GKH in 2004 and became a partner in 2010. Prior to that, Lawrence worked as a commercial real estate associate for three years at a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.

- Representation of an Israeli public company and an insurance company in the acquisition and financing of a $150 million office building complex in Geneva, Switzerland.
- Representation of a U.S. developer in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of a $64 million dollar residential property in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
- Representation of a U.S. developer in the sale of a $80 million dollar residential property in Ramat-Gan, Israel.
- Representation of an Israeli public company in a joint venture regarding the acquisition of office buildings in Virginia, Connecticut, and Kentucky.
- Representation of a UK developer in the NIS 70 million acquisition and sale of a Tel-Aviv property.
- Representation of numerous Israeli companies in office lease transactions in the United States.
- Representation of an Israeli telecommunications company in a NIS 200 million bank financing.
