Dr. Samuel Borenstein, Partner and Head of GKH's Tax Department, was one of the speakers at the "End of Tax Year" BDO conference, which was held under the sponsorship of our office, on Wednesday, 10 December 2008, at Prime Purple, Gan Oranim, Tel Aviv.   Dr. Borenstein spoke about "Purchasing Companies with Losses".
