One of Israel's leading practices in stock market and securities law, GKH boasts extensive experience representing issuer companies and underwriters in the registration of securities for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We advise issuer companies, starting with the initial stages of the {public registration and listing of issued shares}{, including preparing prospectuses or other disclosure documents, dealing with various regulatory authorities, advising on corporate laws and on tax regimes, and encompassing ongoing legal work for public companies, such as compliance with regular reporting and filing requirements under the applicable securities laws, as well as corporate governance issues}.

GKH helped shape the practice of {securities law in Israel}{. As early as 1973, Prof. Joseph Gross, Chairman of GKH, published his book, "Securities Law and the Stock Market", which is one of the first books on securities law in Israel.
